Projects
We want to acknowledge that we are on the traditional Robinson-Huron Treaty territory and the land on which we are gathered is the traditional territory of the Anishnaabeg and Metis People – the traditional territory of the Anishnabek, Haudenosaunee (Iroquois), Ojibway/Chippewa people.
We come with respect for this land that I am on today, and for the people who have and do reside here.
Our recognition of the historic importance of Indigenous Peoples is clearly and overtly linked to our collective commitment to continually pursue and make real the Truth and Reconciliation Commission calls to action in our communities and in our union.
